$115 per 50-minute session
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am a Preferred Provider for most major insurance companies. Please call the Member Services number listed on the back of your insurance card and check your insurance coverage carefully. If you find that I am not listed with your insurance company, please inquire as to whether you have "out of network benefits" that will cover a portion of the costs of service. You may also want to ask the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Please note: Insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointments. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified my office at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
